I am here in NJ (Gov Murphy) and this is the type of stuff that disgusts me. We are all going through hell here in North Jersey / NYC metro, so why are these politicians pushing their horrible agenda on the back of small landlords. It is all apart of the big plan.

I spoke to the owner of a mortgage broker company and he stated that many of the NON QM (rental loans) are backed by private money hedge funds that are now seeing liquidity problems and Volatile market changes. Therefore, they have suspended lending operations to landlords. I have a 755 FICO and just got denied from multiple lenders which seized operations. This is NOT GOOD

Troubling signs for investors? Everyone is asking is it a good time to invest or bad time? Are there opportunities or No opportunities? Regardless of your question, Rental property investment loans are disappearing and this is not good.

NoN QM LENDERS are pulling out the lending market daily. Which means you cannot Refinance out of BRRRR deals...THis is dangerous times we are in

This same thing just HAPPENED TO ME!!! He provided false documents. Kid is a complete scam in addition he never returned my cancellations. He NEVER bound the insurance as he was keeping the money. He is gonna end up in jail, hopefully soon

I was completely scammed by this piece of garbage. He is in big trouble from what I hear
