Me and my wife are looking to invest in a single family home as an out of state investment. Our price range is around 300000. We are looking for at least 100-200 dollars cash flow per month. Which markets are strong cash flow in your experience?

Me and my wife are looking for turnkey companies for our first investment. We want to invest out of state. Please let us know which ones are the best turnkey companies based on your experience working with the company.

I want to begin my real estate investing journey. I have been researching a few markets. Indianapolis market appears to be affordable. I want to know what is others opinion regarding the market- is it appreciating or cash flow?
