Hello everyone, Me and my wife are planning to invest in Multiunit property(2-4 units, preferably fourplex) in San Antonio area. We will be doing long distance investing but are visiting the city to get some knowledge reading what areas should we be targeting. We want to target B/C areas. Our budget is up to 350,000. We have few questions:

1)Which  Zip codes should we be looking at?

2)Any recommendations on property management companies?

We wound like to connect with any fellow investors currently investing in that area.

Thanks.

Hi Nitesh, I have started my real estate journey here in Indianapolis. I've done BRRRR. I now have more than a hundred doors. I would love to help/share my experiences and chat with you more if you're interested.

Hey Nick, I am looking forward to connect and learn from you on April 5.

Hello! I know a guy... he and his wife moved here from OOS for the BRRR and they also host our local BRRR committee. He's very knowelegeable and helpful! Message me if you want his contact, it won't allow me to post here.

Thank you, I am going to message you.

Hi Nitesh,

The Fountain Square area of Indianapolis has been a hot over the past decade; however, as prices have increased it’s pushed the market a bit North of there into an area referred to as Near Eastside. In addition to that neighborhood, I recommend you research Indianapolis’s Mass transportation plans. They recently completed the red line of their MTP and there was a decent amount of investment in communities the red line passes through. The next portion of their MTP is currently being called the purple line and I anticipate there will be a similar level of investment.

 thank you for the information.

Hey Nitesh!

I am also investing in BRRRR properties in the Indianapolis area. Don't have any yet, but have put out multiple offers down and am looking to lock down my first deal in the next month or two.

Currently, I am searching in a few areas. Irvington, Noblesville, and Meridian-Kessler/Butler Tarkington. Irvington and Noblesville have lower home values and not as much attention by big investors. I’m a newbie though so would love to hear where you are searching!

Good luck on the search,

Joe

Sure, I am sending you a personal message to set up a time to talk.

Hi Nitesh!

We lived in Indy for 8 years, but moved to Atlanta in Dec 2020. If you don't already have an agent, I'd like to recommend our Indy real estate agent- his team is shifting their focus to working with investors, property management, etc. He's also an investor.

Let me know if you'd like his information. Indy is a great market!

Good luck,

Julie

Thanks so much Julie, sending you a personal message to get more information.

Nitesh- Happy to help to see if I can point you the right direction in regards to neighborhoods.

Thank you so much. I am sending you a personal message to set a time to connect.

Hello Bigger Pockets community! Me and my wife are planning to do BRRRR strategy in Indianapolis. We are looking to connect with fellow investors who are planning/already doing this strategy in Indianapolis. Looking for advise regarding neighborhoods to do the strategy and also which neighborhoods to avoid.

@Nitesh Gandhi I am currently helping several people who found me on BP. I mentor them in exactly what you are looking for.

We have found that a conversation about your exact goals and likes and "don't likes" is really important before starting to select markets or individual purchases.

I agree with others in this thread that your cash flow goal is too low for the amount of value you aim to purchase.

Feel free to DM me and I am happy to send you a link to my calendar so you can setup a chat if you like

Thanks for reaching out. I am sending you a direct message.

Thanks for your reply. I am sending you a personal message.
