@Joseph Scorese Hey, thanks, Joseph! Would you mind telling me about these meetings? What types of information do you get out of them, and what do you do there? Is there like a speaker, or is there mingling, or a little bit of both?

Also, I'm definitely on board with obtaining my real estate license! Do you find it to be very useful?

@Bill Goodland Interesting! How come you recommend University City/Southwest Philly area, if you don't mind me asking, as opposed to something like maybe Kensington, Port Richmond, Fishtown, and Northern Liberties (where I had been interested in looking)?

@Troy Sheets Hi Troy! Thanks for that. Do you know where which projects are upcoming in an area? Also, could you explain to me what CDC and RCO meetings are? I'm definitely up for any kind of meeting/networking--I'm just still learning the acronyms, I guess, haha. 

But nope--I still live with my parents at the moment! I'm glad you mentioned house-hacking as the first deal, though. We're definitely looking into that first, especially to both move out, so it's nice to hear some validation!
