Hi @Account Closed, I have 4 properties and I use rentalhero.io to track my income/expenses (+receipts). I like the breakdown and how easy it is to log info and consecutively to read and sort it. It has 30 days free trail, after that - $10 a month, so not sure if for you it does make sense financially, if you have only one property and not too much to track, but leaving that up to you.
