Hi @Account Closed, I have 4 properties and I use rentalhero.io to track my income/expenses (+receipts). I like the breakdown and how easy it is to log info and consecutively to read and sort it. It has 30 days free trail, after that - $10 a month, so not sure if for you it does make sense financially, if you have only one property and not too much to track, but leaving that up to you. Congratulations on your first investment property!
