Anyone near the New Bern, NC area that specializes in interior commercial design. I have someone in need of a blueprint for a new restaurant.

I'd like to pick some brains about investing in different types of storage facilities. Those that just do RV or boats. Those that do the full works. Info on fencing, surveillance, climate controlled vs. outdoor, concrete vs. asphalt vs. gravel. Trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. I want the good, the bad and downright ugly. If you happen to be in NC I'd also be willing to volunteer my time just to learn the lay of the land.

Looking to obtain a few quotes for an unoccupied property in New Bern, NC. Flooring has been removed. All subfloor needs to be replaced. Type of flooring for installation has not been confirmed.

Auctions look like a walk in the park but I know there is way more to it than the eyes can see. I'm looking to connect with some auction junkies to soak up some knowledge. We can zoom or if in the NC area, meet for coffee. I'd love to do some shadowing from start to finish as well if anyone doesn't mind me lurking around. Ideal locations for me to get my feet wet are in NC or VA.

Apartment hunting and real estate scouting this week. We will be in the Nashville, Germantown and Memphis area until Wednesday. Would love to connect with other investors in the area to soak up some TN knowledge and grow our network.

@Charles B. Thanks for reaching out. We actually held out with the tub refinishing due to the hurricanes but will be looking into getting them done within the next 2-3 months as we get it ready for rent. I'd definitely appreciate the contact!
