Thanks, Dan.

Don't worry I'm looking into a REI club.

Just have to take advantage of this buyers market.

So really I can't do much with my $4,000? Almost might be better off in the Stock market. I don't know what to do yet then I guess I'll do more research.

Thanks for your replies

Hey I have a renting question......

There is some houses and Apartments that are around $20,000 -$25,000(and they are going to need to be rehabbed). Would you think this would be a good place for me to start? And like i said before I'm going to be 18y/o in two weeks and I have around $4,100 saved away.

Thanks, Michael (I'm All Ears)

Yes i do have a job. I can save about $300-500 a month.

Would it be a bad idea to go to a acution?

With this economy, there has to be deals out there i would think?

I'm going come right out and say it like it is...

I'm going to be 18 in two weeks, I have $4,000 saved away, I want to start to invest in Real Estate. I was thinking about buying vacant land and sitting on it for about a couple years and saving up money to build a house on it.

So if you were in my shoes that would you do...

Thank you very much
