I'm going come right out and say it like it is...

I'm going to be 18 in two weeks, I have $4,000 saved away, I want to start to invest in Real Estate. I was thinking about buying vacant land and sitting on it for about a couple years and saving up money to build a house on it.

So if you were in my shoes that would you do...
