I'm on the lookout for someone that can do a cash-out refinance for my midterm rental properties. Anyone here that can help me out or with experience or recommendations? Hit me up with your wisdom—I'm all ears!

Cheers

Hello I would like to know how do you guys analyze multi-family. In particular I have a duplex that I would like to buy. The main question is do you guys go with NOI and CAP RATE in order to find the asking price or you just check comps in the area?

Thank you

Hey I am a new investor in Saint Louis, I am trying to connect with several wholesalers. Do you know a local meeting where I can go in order to connect with wholesalers and other figures?

Hello, I am having trouble qualifying for a DSCR loan. The condo I am looking to refinance is non-warrantable and my credit score is about 650. Moreover is under an LLC with 3 members. Two of them are Non-US-citizen What should I do?

I'm having an issue finding someone to give me a HELOC for my investment property. Everyone I heard so far told me that does not offer HELOC for an investment property but just personal property. What should I do?

Which one is the biggest difference between HELOC and Home Equity Loan? Which one do you think is better? I am an international student the opened an LLC with other two guys. All of us are very young and it is hard for us to qualify for a conventional loan. We bought a condo as a cash deal. We want to pull out some equity.

Thanks

100% equity? Then just take out a little less than you would have at 3-4%

100K at 4%= $477

100K at 6%= $599

So $120 more a month for every 100K....I am really not seeing a problem here

The problem is that bank will not refinance my property. I’m 22 years old and I’m not able to get a conventional loan. I’m an international student as well. I can not get a loan with less then a 8% interest rate

I have bought a rental property several months ago. I have 100% equity but because I was a newbie I was not able to refinance it when interest rates were low/decent, and I lost the opportunity. What should I do now to buy my next property? Should I partner with someone? How do you approach a private investor or potential partner? By the way I was thinking to use the BRRRR strategy to scale my business.

Thank you, Nico

We need more info....are there hardwood floors above? Can you urge them to add carpets? Did this complaining just start or has it been going on for a while?

Ultimately I think this is between the tenants, not really your problem......see what others have to say.

It is 3 weeks now that she is complaining. My condo has hardwood floors, and I am not interesting to change it with carpets because of this woman complaining.

It is few days now that a woman that lived in the condo below mine, is complaining because my tenants walk in the condo loudly. I do not know what to do. To be kind I went to speak with her and I gave her my number, now she is calling me every night. Moreover she goes to knock the door of my tenants every night and they are starting to get pissed of this. What should I do? Should I talk with the condominium association or not? At this point I do not even know what to think. I do not know if is true that my tenants are loud or if this woman just complain for everything. I think is normal to listen the step of the people living above you.

Thank you
