Hi Chandra! Depends on what kind of return you are looking for and what your exit strategy is. Georgia is considered a landlord-friendly state, so the market is great for investors looking to build their portfolio. I'm a licensed agent in metro Atlanta, and work exclusively with investment properties. It's my full time job! Feel free to message me if you want to connect or have any other questions!

Looking for cash/end buyers! I'm a licensed agent in metro ATL and my brokerage moves about 40-50 units per month. Our inventory is always updating! Currently have deals in Marietta, Athens, Macon, Rex, Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Rome, and Lithonia. Single and multi-family units available! Please PM me for more details, or sign up to be on my buyer's list!

Hey Keith! Local Atlanta agent here. Like Lateefah said, Atlanta market keeps progressing! It obviously depends on zip code and neighborhood, but even in the less popular neighborhoods, yearly home average percentages aren't dipping drastically (1-2% is what I've been seeing). I work with investors and I have found the market to be super competitive. Everyone wants to get a piece of the pie! Connecting with someone you trust and has the relevant resources is key here. Don't hesitate to message me if you want to chat more!
