Have you found your folks in the CSRA yet? :) (The Augusta area) We have several investors that are based out of Atlanta and pop down for some of the meet ups here. The biggest one is the second Thursday of every month.  If you're looking for Medium-ish multifamily deals, definitely worth having a conversation with @Richard Capers Jr. I know him personally and he is a fantastic person and investor! :)
