Hi Guys,

Looking for a lender? Go for bank of England services. They are extremely hungry, super friendly, knowledgeable and will wrap up your mortgage insanely fast. PM me if you want my primary contact info there.

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation whatsoever with them nor will I make a single penny if you decide to deal with them...just thought I would share them with you.

How much does your handyman: per work or by the hour? If by the hour, how much does he charge you?
