Where do you guys look to find wholesalers holding onto deals? What’s the best method of tapping into that world?

@Evan Polaski I appreciate that. It's so many questions I have about that aspect of it, but I didn't necessarily know what questions to ask. Where do you recommend I go to learn everything I need to know about LLC's? Is there a book in particular dedicated to LLC's regarding rentals?

Thinking of Investing in real estate under a LLC. I would like to have a business account for all cash flow.

@Kris Mann I agree. Only reason it caught my eye was the neighborhood average house value is $100K. Highest bid on house was $57K and I believe reserve was $72K. Thought it might be a chance for a good ROI

@Kris Mann I’ve noticed that as well. What do you think my chances are of seller selling to me below reserve? House only has one bid well below reserve.
