@Will Fraser There is a house in particular that the current bid is $57K. The surrounding neighborhood is going for average of $90K. My plan was to get ahold of property, rehab it, get a tenant inside of it, refinance after rehab is done, and attempt to get another property.

What tipis do you all have regarding trying to snag a property from an auction? How do you guys gauge how much money is too much?
