Where do you guys look to find wholesalers holding onto deals? What’s the best method of tapping into that world?

Hi @Nico Burgess, in my market the top places I run into wholesalers are:

  • REIA and other real estate meetups
  • Facebook (especially REI and wholesale specific groups)
  • BP
  • Previous sale records of homes I know where wholesaled.

I hope this is helpful to you!
