@Tyler Bobo thank you for your response, yes I did work for the building. We paid it off early since we did not understand the power of leverage. Do you think I could get more cash from a refi or a line of credit?

Hello fellow BP members, I have an intestine question. So a relative and I acquired an office building several years ago in the Tampa area and it is worth around 400k. We do not want to sell the building as we work out of it but we want to use this paid off asset to fund our next multi family deal. Would the best thing to do be take out a commercial line of credit Or re-finance? The buildings we are looking at acquiring cost around 600-800k and we want to put at least 20% down. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this? Thank you as any response would be appreciated!

@Kalei Poteat hello Kalei, I am in the east same situation as you, I am trying to help a family friend who is in alotnod debt and owes 258k on her house which she’s refied twice. She has almost no equity and has a tax lien on the property as well. I’m either going to rent out all the rooms for her to traveling nurses which pay more in my area, or wholesale the property which I’ve never done before. Any feed back would be appreciated from anyone.

Hello BP community, my name is Nick Yale and I am now a licensed real estate agent here in florida( as of last week). I am very young, but I have worked in the car business and am very used to 100 hour weeks, stopping at nothing to achieve my weekly and monthly targets. I am bilingual , raised by a family of doctors so talking to professionals is what I am used to. I am ready to grind, have no kids or mortgage and want to learn everything I can about commercial real estate. Pay is not my concern because I just want the ability to gain knowledge as I see my self in real estate for the long term! Any fees back would be great appreciated!

Hello, my name is Nick and I am a resident of south Tampa Florida. I am looking for anyone, wether a wholesaler, broker ,developer or property manager to show me their craft and allow me to work with them. I am bilingual and as of today (10/5) have my Florida real estate license. I have reliable transportation and am professional in person and over the phone. I will work for free in order to learn and am used to 100 hour weeks ( I was in the car business) and not stopping even when weekly and monthly goals are achieved. I am 19 and do not have kids or a mortgage which means all of my attention will be on helping you grow your business while absorbing all of the knowledge necessary for me to be successful and achieve financial freedom.

All feedback is welcome and appreciated!
