Hello BP community, my name is Nick Yale and I am now a licensed real estate agent here in florida( as of last week). I am very young, but I have worked in the car business and am very used to 100 hour weeks, stopping at nothing to achieve my weekly and monthly targets. I am bilingual , raised by a family of doctors so talking to professionals is what I am used to. I am ready to grind, have no kids or mortgage and want to learn everything I can about commercial real estate. Pay is not my concern because I just want the ability to gain knowledge as I see my self in real estate for the long term! Any fees back would be great appreciated!

@Nick Yale

Go be a junior agent at a Marcus & Millichap office. You’ll learn more there in a year than you’ll learn in ten years solo.
