Greetings to all,

I am new to BP, so I just wanted to drop a line to introduce myself. My name is Nick Deshotels, and I am a beginner interested in Wholesaling in the Lafayette, LA area. I pursued Wholesaling in the recent years, but I decided to put it on hold as I finished college. Now I am ready to dive back in and make some deals. There's a ton of great resources and discussions going on here at BP, so I'm extremely excited about absorbing the knowledge offered here. Any Lafayette, LA investors give me a shout.
