Hello BP, I have a coworker that rents in San Ramon California. His landlord has “popped up” out of the blue to check on the property five times within the last two weeks unannounced. Does anyone know what the landlord laws are in California in terms of how long he has to give the tenant before he can come over. Any links for helping out my coworker? Thank you everyone! Hello BP my brother and I are buy and hold investors from California. We purchased our 2 bedroom 1 bath SFR in Southern Oregon in July of last year. We have had major success in terms of numbers. We would like to purchase more like the one we bought. The trouble is finding more deals and financing them. We can do all the rehab our selfs do to the many years of being in construction and being Electricians. If anyone has contacts of hard money lenders or private money lenders please let me know. I wish the best to everyone and thank you for reading. If you would like to know the A-Z on our home in Medford Oregon please go to Vincent Townsend’s profile. It’s under First deal success story. Thank you again.

Does anyone know anything about the market up there or know anyone to contact about the market?

hello everyone,

I'm 20 years old with around 10k saved up to invest. I live in Dublin California and the prices here are too ridiculous high to start. Does anyone know places in California to start investing for rentals with 10k and minimal education? Thank you!
