Help with finding more contacts

Hello BP my brother and I are buy and hold investors from California. We purchased our 2 bedroom 1 bath SFR in Southern Oregon in July of last year. We have had major success in terms of numbers. We would like to purchase more like the one we bought. The trouble is finding more deals and financing them. We can do all the rehab our selfs do to the many years of being in construction and being Electricians. If anyone has contacts of hard money lenders or private money lenders please let me know.
