If the attribute is high end it is installed because this is a typical feature that tenants expect.

If it is at the low end, such as $700 or $800 per month, it will not be installed.

When tenants abuse them, they are more troublesome than their value.

Hey guys,

Last month, I put one of my properties and list different rooms on Airbnb and surprisingly, it generates an amount of money that I haven't been expected before. I want to continue and my friends all want to have a try. I just wonder if there are something I need to pay attention to for listing on Airbnb. Thanks in advance!

Hello all,

I have small units of property for rent and would like to find an all-in-one property management software to manage them all. I don't want to waste too much time on this. Any suggestions?
