Dishwashers in rentals

This is my first rehab and gutted the kitchen. Thought about not putting in a dishwasher. Your thoughts?

It’s $400 installed once every 10-15 years. A couple dollars a month. Everyone “wants one” or notices when it’s not there, and then never uses it. It probably pays for itself in more rent or shorter vacancies. Unless you’re in the sub $500/mo market.
