My name is Nick and I just recently moved into the Humboldt County area, currently residing in Arcata. At this time, I am looking for my first investment and saving money as disciplined as I can. When I'm not working at the hospital, I am researching and studying the Humboldt County real estate market. Hey, My name is Nick Jaeger! I am an echocardiographer by day and new real estate investor by night! Currently reside in Cheyenne, Wy with my girlfriend, Ali, and our two cats and two dogs.

So far my real estate investing journey is limited to money saver, which I consider myself an expert, and I am looking to buy my first investment. I am hoping to achieve financial independence and build a nice portfolio. I love to collect vinyl records, hike, and read.
