Hey, My name is Nick Jaeger! I am an echocardiographer by day and new real estate investor by night! Currently reside in Cheyenne, Wy with my girlfriend, Ali, and our two cats and two dogs.

So far my real estate investing journey is limited to money saver, which I consider myself an expert, and I am looking to buy my first investment. I am hoping to achieve financial independence and build a nice portfolio. I love to collect vinyl records, hike, and read.
