Hello BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Nick and I just recently moved into the Humboldt County area, currently residing in Arcata. At this time, I am looking for my first investment and saving money as disciplined as I can. When I'm not working at the hospital, I am researching and studying the Humboldt County real estate market.
