Hello Steve, thank you for the useful information. I am also looking to form an LLC. Mainly for brokering mortgage notes. In your opinion, would an LLC be a good option for these transactions?

Hello BP Community,

My name is Nicholas and I am a excited to join the BP community. Real estate has been a passion of mine for years and I am currently working on my long term goal of being a full time investor in order to spend more time with my family. In the past I have done wholesale and seller finance deals. I am currently looking to focus on mortgage note investing. In doing so, I am interested in connecting with those of you who are in the market to either purchase or sell your notes. I look forward to engaging and connecting with the community.
