@Linda Hastings For some reason your name didn't come up in the drop down menu. Anyhow, it doesn't look like I can PM you. When I go to your page and look at your contact info it doesn't show anything.

Bob Malecki I appreciate your response and honesty. You seem like a stand up guy and I wouldn't think you'd steer anybody wrong. The affiliate comment I posted was me just trying to gather as much info I possibly can prior to committing to the program. The program is very reasonably priced like you mentioned. Thank you.

Steven Picker That's a good point. I was just curious because the link he sent in an email had an affiliate number. So he gets some sort of a kick back, I assume. After talking with Bob, he seems like a stand up guy. Just wanted to see if anyone else has heard about it. Thanks.

Has anybody used Note Mogul e-courses? If so, can you tell me your experiences with them? I can't find reviews regarding their training. Bob Malecki actually referred them to me. I just want to hear, or get advice, about them prior to me jumping in. Thanks.

Christopher Phillips doesn't the refi get recorded? Wouldn't that trigger the county to reassess the value and request the appraisal? I'm in the same situation. I bought my property at 300k and I'm hoping the appraisal comes in at 600k but I'm nervous that my taxes will increase.

So, I'm in the process of doing a cash out refi on my VA loan. We bought our property at $330k and (depending on appraisal) is worth $600k. The property is taxed assessed at $357k. Does the refi now make the assessed taxed value at whatever the appraisal comes in at? Or will it remain the same until it changes ownership?
