I have decided not to partner on this deal, but the reason I would have taken that profit is because I am newer to the investment world. Profit is secondary to learning the process right now.

This is my situation: Property purchased at the price of $75,000 and closed on April 5th, 2022Under WNY Upgrades, LLC. Renovations are approximately 80,000 based on a sow of work and physical inspection of the property. I am partnering with the company, given that I provide the cost of renovations. ARV: is approximately: $200,000

Do you find it more fruitful to produce a list from a database and skip-trace the owners or utilize mail marketing campaigns?
