I am looking to see if I should use a Turnkey company when I possibly look to invest in Orlando, FL (or the surrounding area). So what my questions are: Should I be using a Turnkey company if I wanted to invest out of state (Pros and Cons) and Which one should I use? Thanks and your response is highly appreciated.

I am looking to see if I should use a Turnkey company when I possibly look to invest in Dallas, Tx. I heard of one called Doorvest and I have heard pretty good things about it. So what my questions are: Should I be using a Turnkey company if I wanted to invest out of state (Pros and Cons) and Which one should I use (Doorvest or any other one)? Thanks and your response is highly appreciated.

I am looking into both of these markets and I like both. I cannot decide which one would be better to start off at for my first couple of rental properties. I have some more research to do on each of them but it would be greatly appreciated if you can help me make my choice. Thanks!
