What Orlando Turnkey Company to use?

Nicholas Barbera
Posted

I am looking to see if I should use a Turnkey company when I possibly look to invest in Orlando, FL (or the surrounding area). So what my questions are: Should I be using a Turnkey company if I wanted to invest out of state (Pros and Cons) and Which one should I use? Thanks and your response is highly appreciated.

@Nicholas Barbera I’m not familiar with Turnkey companies. In either option make sure you factor in ALL costs and see if the numbers work. I would think you can get a better deal from working with an agent and finding a turnkey listing. Deals are getting tougher to come by right now. I’m in Orlando and flippers are wanting top dollar. DM me if you need any advice on a particular property or area in Orlando.
