@Brady Richard

We are a high end property and will provide the wood. I totally agree. When you visit my property, you will not need to leave for anything but food...

Thanks,

Nick

One of the main selling points of my Airbnb is the outdoor fire pit.

My question is this: Firewood is expensive. How do I provide wood to customers?

Do my cleaners set out a specified amount according to length of stay? Do I provide a certain amount for free and charge for any additional wood?

Your help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Nick

@Chris Mason

Well put. Very good perspective and information. I can definitely appreciate the lower score at the moment.

Thank you for explaining this so well.

Hello,

Seeking advice / direction.

I closed on a SFH in December 2020.

As all do, I qualified with multiple lenders seeking the best terms / interest rates.

My credit score has been destroyed from this though, because each inquiry is noted individually. I now have 6 hard inquiries.

Unless I totally misunderstood something, it was my understanding that as long as inquiries were filed within a certain amount of time, that they would only appear as one.

I had 2 in September and 4 in November.

Can I dispute these? If so, how?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

Hello!

How much are you charging for pets on Airbnb? Is this a per night or per stay charge?

What are you doing or can you do to prepare the house for pets?

I believe that we are going to be a "pet friendly" house due to the high demand and low supply.

Do you have any tips / tricks for "pet friendly" locations?

I look forward to your responses!

Thanks,

Nick

Hi everyone! Super insight provided. I understand that there are some potential negatives to house-hocking, but the upside is greater at this moment for my girlfriend and I.

Thanks for your time and input.

@Sean McDonnell

We have a 3 bed / 2.5 bath and will Airbnb 2 beds / 1.5 baths.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve stayed in quite a few live in Airbnb’s, so I’m really looking forward to the experience.
