@Tyana Blackledge maybe I’m off track! I’ve been wrong before! What if you started with Re wholesale till you have some flow to throw into a Fix and flip? Most wholesales deals have little cost, hard to find but worth it in long run. Just thinking of other angle

Ok so I’m new and I have a question cause simply put, I don’t know. I just started on wholesaling, thought I came up with an idea and started wondering if I’m a stooge and other people already made money on this lol so here’s the money question. I landed my first deal in Michigan so I’m learning all the ins and outs of VR wholesale. In the process of looking up the Michigan property, I also noticed a building that was a save a lot at one point. Of course that part of the world would probably be a bad idea, but can I wholesale contracts on places like this in better areas? Can I wholesale on an old Walmart or something like that? Any info or advice will be appreciated.

@Phillip Vera I always wondered why it had to be on the first, knowing some people didn’t get their money till the 5th sometimes. Split the rent, and change a date a little will help me if I had the option.

@Dave Ericksoni feel this may become a trend and more people will have access to housing/apt. This will keep good tenants longer and help them along the way.

I live in Florida and the market is nuts. I just don’t know what I’m doing lol apartment like that would bring life changing money to some. How does it work? I’m open to any and all help lol

@Jill F. Don’t tell them it’s rent, tell them it’s the fee for using the house. They’ll think about but will end up leaving lol
