@Edwin Duran , 2 of the last 3 house we bought were "no" money down. The last one was a grapevine deal. We put $500 down, seller held the mortgage. Paid 70k just sold in March for $147.

I was wondering if you made it here. I would do the same thing. I was looking into the same thing in Lake Worth. Ran into the same issue. Seems difficult to get that info. Good luck

@Lekisha Cole , zillow has some info about foreclosures and pre-forclosures. They are all a matter of public record. I'm not sure specifically about Broward county, but you should be able to do a public records search.
