I have a question...Would it be a good idea to put "We Buy Houses..Any Area Any Condition..etc" and " Are you Looking to Buy a Home?..etc" in the same section like on a post card flyer, business card and/ or car magnet or whatever?

Or should I do it seperately?

I was told that when I am closing with an end buyer, they are suppose to write out the check to the title/escrow company...But my thing is how would the company know exactly that its for me?

Suppose me and the end buyer dont meet up together at the table with the title/escrow person? Then how would they identify

This is what I want to know when presenting an offer to a seller should offer 40%-70% of the ASKING PRICE or VALUE PRICE (Homes worth) ?

And what would be a good percentage to start off at?

How do you know that a certain area is a good place to invest in? How do you determine your return ? and/or cash flow?

And please break it down for me, so that I can easily understand.

I have been doing so much research and reading on RE Investing but I still have questions about certain things and want 2 receive answers, because when I actually start my business I want to start it with alot of knowledge so that i can overcome the basics obstacles that might come my way.
