Jacob, you have something most people are desperately looking for in this business, A mentor with cash! Just keep educating yourself and attending your local REIA. Bring someone more experienced into the deal if you have to and you will still get a piece of the pie as the facilitator.

Just make sure you are learning everything from this experienced person so that you can duplicate it in the future. Definitely stay away from gurus and boot camps! You have the cash, DO A DEAL.

I just finished the RE course and will be taking my board exam in the new year. I'm looking for a broker with reasonable fees as I plan on using my license mostly to aid me in my real estate investing.
