I have an opportunity to Purchase a Turn Key Business. I am very motivated to but this opportunity. Currently, I am doing my research and due diligence, but need funding source(s).

Fellow Wholesalers , Looking for a legal wholesale/assignment contract , I have several good properties and will need these to take it to the next level.

There is much debate as to what is legal in NJ , So I am reaching out to see if any of you will help out a fellow investor.

Tom - I will be attending the next "main meeting" for SJREIA will be watching for the other meetings mentioned. But, maybe you can clear something up, In reference to Wholesaling ; what contract is best to use that allows for 'Assignment"?

Some say all contracts are assignable, others the NJ RE contract is; but in the same space I am being warned that one needs to be careful.

With That Said, what contract can I use ?

Okay, enough of the "Analysis Paralysis" ; I need to move forward out of my comfort zone.

I have decided to start as a Wholesaler and move to Flipping homes .

With that said, I will most likely need a title agency that will work with me can anyone make some recommendations,if there are any others that are needed let me know....
