Posted

Good Day,

Okay, enough of the "Analysis Paralysis" ; I need to move forward out of my comfort zone.

I have decided to start as a Wholesaler and move to Flipping homes .

With that said, I will most likely need a title agency that will work with me can anyone make some recommendations,if there are any others that are needed let me know....

Any recommendations are welcome.

@Leonard Nester

Check out South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association. They host fantastic meetups near philly/trenton and you can meet service providers in your area face to face. From title, to contracting, to lending, they have professionals that handle everything you will need to start flipping.

If you need more info contact me or @Tom Dagney - he is the VP of SJREIA

Best of luck!
