A few questions regarding the process;

Is it best to use a RE Agent or go it alone.

The Contract - where can I find a contract accepted in NJ and how does one phrase the assignment  or is that a separate doc? 

Is there a guide for completing the contract somewhere??

are there recommended contingencies to place in the contract , as it relates to wholesaling?

Looking for a Mentor/Coach  - 

Would like some guidance as to how to proceed in certain areas of RE. I am new to the investment process, have done my homework, but , do not want to get hung up on "analysis paralysis".

I am just starting out and looking into the "whole sale" arena.What I need is someone / company to provide "proof of funds" , so i can get started.

Does anyone have any insight or recommendations?
