@Matt Nettles congratulations with making the right decision, BP is a great place to do that, other is local meet-ups, you can even try MF Facebook groups to look for your potential partners, it’s not that hard to find, there’s a lot of people interested into multifamily space right now, so try to find people who would be already established in this space.

@James Fraundorf you should spend it on your personal development, 10k is not a lot of money and there is no investment or bank that will pay you good return on your money, but investing in yourself will do that.

@Robert Kirkley most of the people already are creative enough with the saving part, you should focus on your productivity levels and the ways to increase your income. You also can acquire deals by partnering with other people as well, you don’t need to wait until you save. Get a book “Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book” that talks about those things.

@Dayton Komarek definitely an apartment, I don’t know if you would like to get fixated in one spot for 30+ years, not counting all the overheads that will require to maintain that liability.

@Ryan Ray technology definitely can make things easier, although some of the channels like Facebook is changing algorithms so often it is becoming really hard to get any people engaged with the ads or leads to come in.

@Chris Gordon definitely caught my attention there, so the first part is done, now you have to make sure that the work part is there also to make this run smooth and serious.

@Michael Quarles main channels are Youtube, Instagram, Podcast, Blog, everyone consumes information differently so you need to reach all these people. The cost depends on how much work do you want that person to do and how into detail you want to make things happen, for example, make one post on Instagram a day, versus making one post on Instagram a day and replying to comments and DM people and how often do you that person to do that.
