Apartment or House?
My wife and I are interns and not W-2 employees. It is paid but it is the company paying our living expenses. We are frugal and are still saving money. We will be doing this for at least another year.
When we move back to get jobs should we look at getting a house? Or get an apartment for a few years so we can show the banks steady income?
