I enjoy real estate in these unknown times it gives me the pleasure to assist the ones I love in many ways as I try to build closer relationships with family and friends during this pandemic. I would like to know if you or anyone you know can help me with services to create a flyer, pdf, or any other ideas you would have to help me get exposure for my parents property before it goes on the market with the people around me and beyond.

@Brandon Carey when it came to owners draw I never mixed my real estate LLC profit with personal expenses. I turned around and reinvested. I'm also working myself on always leveling up as I'm careful on my spending at any giving time in my journey.

@Nathan Cross makes a great point! I would say to @Brandon Carey the time to open a LLC is when you know for a fact your ready to invest because for myself I made the mistake of procrastinating for a long time by not being active with my LLC and it costed me based on the part of spending money where it probably wasn't needed in the beginning. My LLC being open became costly while I wasn't investing. Today I'm good and excited to say learning from others to be great at your own craft is the best thing you can do.

I believe real estate takes time to manifest and time out of your day.. I feel if you can dedicate at least one hour out of your day everyday either right when you waking up, on your break at work, or before you go to bed you should be ok at this point on where you are.. Real estate takes time to when you start to see life altering change towards your success story.. In the beginning you will sacrifice and take risks but in time it should all be worth it within the journey.. Being able to adjust is a key factor in real estate so finding a way to make it work with your job or another job will build experience for many qualities you will need to have on your real estate path.. Be strong and motivated as you try wake up the SLEEPING GAINT within..

I feel that's what makes real estate exciting.. You will always have so many different options to choose from and if you do it right you will make money.. Try to pick up as much knowledge as you can to take it to a level where you can handle and networking is key if your rusty on some things finding the right people will always help you level up.. Good luck and be all you believe you can be..

Great job! On looking into the laws that would've worked out in your favor.. but try to pay it forward on adding something new to the tenants apartment that would give you the option to raise the rent.. so be creative and calculated.. Good luck
