I've been a realtor since 2008. I've been a broker since 2010. I started a company in 2010 I was not really ready I sold that company in 2012. I went back to work for another company and October 2014 I started another company. It is now the fastest growing company in Conway,Arkansas. I will have 10 agents working with me by end of October this year. The key to success in this business is to be honest and out work your competition. If you go to work at 8 in the morning and "work"you will be successful only 5% of realtors actually work in my opinion. Find someone to train you because if you get trained right no one can beat you.

Do what the book says!! Being a realtor is the best decision I ever made. By the way in 6 years I have sold almost 30 million in real estate production.
