The workshops are geared towards owners/buyers/sellers, but attendees will also include professionals in the industry like manufacturers, community owners/managers, suppliers, financial service providers, insurers, and retailers.

Hello all,

Is anyone attending the MHI conference next week in Las Vegas? If so, I will be at booth #1206 discussing long-term, fixed rate financing.

I recently signed up a 309 unit MHC in Florida for a non-recourse 20/20 at 4.28% ($5.35M) and a 258 unit in New Jersey for a non-recourse 20/30 at 4.35% ($4.3M).

I specialize in long term, fixed rate financing.  If it's a quality asset, I'm able to secure my clients 15 to 20 year terms (fixed at ~4.3%) with amortization schedules up to 30 years.   On hairier deals, 10 years fixed is more likely.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Since you're already putting 30% down, is there a reason you're not using a lender to finance?  Do you plan to hold the property long-term?
