Hi,

I have a 7-unit property in Lakewood, CO going under contract shortly. $800k purchase price and the property has a ton of deferred maintenance, probably about $95k worth. We are also looking at another $35k to rehab the units. Seeking a lender that can ideally get us to 80% of the total costs at a reasonable interest rate and amortization of 25 - 30 years.

Any contacts would be appreciated!

Thanks!
