Very excited to expand our horizons into the world of real estate. We are beginning out as wholesalers and will expand from that into rehabbing and rentals. I have identified the value of this community and look forward to talking with everyone about our future deals and your experiences too. Thanks for welcoming us and we look forward to many successful ventures as we move forward.

My career has given me a wealth of experience in architecture, design, and construction and I fully intend to use all of that experience and knowledge from recent education (self- taught w/ help of BP) in getting started. My wife has recently left the corporate environment to focus full time on learning about real estate investing and we are excited for this new beginning. We look forward to gaining experience and being able to assist other investors feel comfortable as they get started.

Thanks, John...I just learned about a new category of builders!  I immediately Googled "infill builders" and got educated.  I "assume" that the same formula applies to lots as to any other kind of investment...it's got to be a great deal... right?

Hi All ~  I just got done listening to a webinar about finding vacant, residentially zoned, lots.  For the low, low price of $1,000, they supply me with "Genie software" and blah, blah, blah.  So my question is, are lots really something that investors are looking for in addition to single and multi-family residences and commercial properties?  Thanks!
