I was in those shoes not too long ago so a lot of it is still fresh for me. I would be happy to share in a bit more detail what I went through, though process and all. I invest in North West Indiana and St. Louis. Ping me directly and we can exchange in more detail if you would like.

First tip: don’t over-think it. It’s not super complicated stuff and you cannot learn it all by reading and asking others. You got to do it.

Tip #2: do not worry or expect your first deal to be a home run with the numbers that all these seasoned investors talk or write about. It will most likely not be one of those. As long as you are not loosing money, the learning and building of the team is what is most important in the first few deals.
