Just like title states, I’m from twin falls Idaho. Do we have any other lenders in this area?

This home was my first purchase. It was a good purchase even though I didn't know much about real estate. It was purchased right before the area of Twin Falls starting making record HPI highs, and it also needed a modern update. It also comes with a large yard and separate garage. The garage could be help and rented separately from the home itself.

Update we sold it. Bought a new home.

We have plans to add a bathroom to the basement, finish some upgrades, then turn it into a AIRBNB property or large family rental.

Every contractor is extremely busy that they are turning away business. Construction is booming big time. 

I am a local mortgage lender here and the answer to your question is it’s currently probably the best market in the us to invest in right now. Boise has a lot of traffic coming this way. Lowest rates. Not enough supply for housing creates high appreciation values. Rents going up.

Great job Jeremy! Do you recommend wholeselling to those without a real estate license? I am in finance and am looking for a good rental property that has good cash returns. I am not great at flipping projects I would rather look for the long term rental property and Brrr it as well. 

You may be better off contacting suppliers and subs rather than connecting with a general, but if you want a general contractor, I could recommend one. 
for flooring I would recommend Rocky Mountain flooring

Kitchen sinks you can have Lowe’s help with that or there is a local company called Ferguson who can come out and give you an estimate on a kitchen remodel. 
what are you needing for bathroom? Addition or remodel what do you want to replace?
