Just like title states, I’m from twin falls Idaho. Do we have any other lenders in this area?

There are other Idaho lenders on here, such as @Grant Schroeder.

Is your question about getting started for lenders or investors? I started my RE investment journey here in Eastern Idaho, buying a 4 plex in Chubbuck about 5 years ago. Now I am involved in large commercial syndication projects as a deal Sponsor, providing investment opportunities to other investors. I work with both value-add RV Campgrounds and also build-to-rent Multi-Family.
