Hello all! I have found a few websites like HappyInvestor.com and Hubzu.com that claim to have good leads on deals in the area. Has anyone ever used them and how accurate is the information? Is there a website that you prefer using? I am in the Stafford, VA area. Thanks in advance!

Sean Haardt Welcome! I'm a new investor in Western Maryland as well. I have only used the calculators a few times but I do believe the refinancing portion is the major difference there. I've been looking at doing flips in the Middletown/Frederick area. I will most likely be putting a offer on a property soon for my first deal. I have 2 kids and one on the way.
