I have read Bigger Pockets articles and other Real Estate Investing books for years. Once I bought my first house last year, I knew I wanted to get into real estate. Now, I got my license, and I'm hoping to gain some traction in the industry to buy my first property. I'm still not sure if I want to fix and flip, or buy and hold. Fast capital gains sound nice, but it's hard to argue against passive income...
